CEMRI OF LUMBO-SACRAL spine. OPINION: The MR findings suggestive of, Sacralisation of L5 vertebra. Diffuse bulging of L4-L5 intervertebral disc with postero-central - Right paracentral extrusion causing tranial migration, narrowing of central canal, right sided lateral recess and compression over right sided traversing and exiting nerve roots. Screening cemri of whole spine IMPRESSION:- Loss of cervical lordosis. Ligamentum flavum thickening noted at few lower dorsal levels causing indentation over dorsal aspect of cord. Disc osteophyte complex noted at C4-C5,C5-C6, C6-C7 intervertebral disc causing narrowing of central canal, neural foramina and compression over cord, bilateral exiting nerve roots
