কেন Angle সবচেয়ে Weak?
Rib-এর angle হলো শরীরের পোস্টেরোলেটারাল (পিছনে-পাশে) অংশে অবস্থিত সেই বিন্দু যেখানে rib সবচেয়ে বেশি বাঁক নেয় (greatest curvature)। এই বিন্দুতে:
- Rib-এর structure সবচেয়ে দুর্বল (structurally the weakest area)
- এখানেই fracture সবচেয়ে বেশি হয় - সরাসরি আঘাত না লাগলেও indirect force-এ এখানেই ভাঙে

- Ribs 9-12 → বেশি mobile, তাই কম fracture
মনে রাখার সহজ উপায়

Forensic Medicine-এও এটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ: Anterior impact দিলেও stress concentration হয় posterolateral angle-এ - কারণ rib এখানে বাঁকানো।
