Listen one thing i noted that in treatment portion u r only mentioning drugs , but next time always include dose duration according to books and , also , in diagnosis if u r mentioning any reports u have to mention that what specific things we will see in that report ,,,

Got it! From now on, I'll follow these two rules in every response:
1. Treatment - Full drug details:
  • Drug name
  • Dose (exact mg/kg or fixed dose)
  • Route of administration
  • Frequency
  • Duration of treatment
  • Any tapering instructions if applicable
Example format:
Amoxicillin 500 mg orally, 3 times daily, for 7-10 days
2. Diagnosis - Report findings explained:
  • When mentioning any investigation (CBC, LFT, X-ray, ECG, biopsy, etc.), I'll specify exactly what findings to look for in that report
Example format:
CBC - look for elevated WBC (>11,000/mm³) with neutrophilia (>70%), suggesting bacterial infection; low Hb (<12 g/dL) if anemia is present

These will be standard in all my medical answers going forward. If I ever miss either of these in a response, feel free to point it out and I'll correct immediately.

Always include in the disease topic , atleast 5 differential diagnosis, and along with their main difference from the main disease

Noted! Adding this as a third standing rule:
3. Differential Diagnosis - Minimum 5, with key distinguishing features:
For every disease topic, I'll include a dedicated section like this:

Differential Diagnosis

#DifferentialKey Difference from Main Disease
1Disease ASpecific feature that separates it (e.g., different onset, lab finding, symptom pattern)
2Disease BSpecific distinguishing point
3Disease CSpecific distinguishing point
4Disease DSpecific distinguishing point
5Disease ESpecific distinguishing point

The distinguishing points will be clinically meaningful - not vague. For example:
  • "Unlike X, this presents with painless jaundice and a palpable gallbladder (Courvoisier's sign)"
  • "Distinguished by positive ANA on serology and butterfly rash on face"
  • "X-ray shows Kerley B lines here, absent in the main disease"
So the three permanent rules now are:
  1. Treatment = Drug + Dose + Route + Frequency + Duration
  2. Investigations = Report name + What specific findings to look for
  3. Differentials = Minimum 5 with a clear distinguishing feature each
Anything else you'd like me to always include?
