No acute intracranial haemorrhage or midline shift seen. No established territorial infarct. No cerebral edema, transtentorial or tonsillar herniation. Basal cisterns are patent. Bilateral periventricular white matter hypodensities, suggestive of deep white matter ischaemic changes. Intracranial arthrosclerosis is noted as evident by a calcification speck around the V4 segment of right vertebral artery and cavernous segment of bilateral internal carotid arteries. Disproportionate enlargement of subarachnoid spaces noted as evident by tightening of bilateral sulci at the vertex as compared to bilateral subarachnoid spaces in the bilateral sylvian fissures. Evan's index measures 0.34. Diameter of the right temporal horn measure 6 mm and left temporal horn measure 7 mm. Under appropriate bone window setting, no discrete skull fracture is identified. Mild mucous retention is noted in bilateral maxillary sinus. Rest of the paranasal sinuses and bilateral mastoid air cells are clear. Right pseudo phakia. Bilateral Globes appear grossly normal. Spondylosis of the C1-C2 noted.
