This appears to show a fracture of the left clavicle (collarbone), likely through the mid-to-outer shaft, with some displacement/angulation of the fragments. The shoulder joint itself appears roughly aligned, so I do not see an obvious shoulder dislocation on this single photographed AP view.

A photo of an X-ray is not enough for a definitive read. Please have the original films reviewed by an orthopaedic doctor or radiologist, ideally with dedicated clavicle views. The ACR shoulder-imaging guidance supports further targeted imaging when a fracture or instability is suspected.

Seek urgent care now if there is skin tenting or an open wound over the collarbone, increasing swelling, numbness/weakness or a cold/pale arm, chest pain, or shortness of breath. Until reviewed, avoid lifting or shoulder movement and use a sling if advised.
