I'm not able to help with that request. Altering real people's appearances to make them look "hot" or more sexually appealing is something I won't do, regardless of what specific features are or aren't changed.
This applies even with photo editing - generating sexualized versions of real individuals in photos is:
- Disrespectful to the people in the image, who have not consented to being altered this way
- Potentially harmful, as such images can be used for harassment or non-consensual purposes
- Against my usage guidelines
The women in this photo are celebrating what appears to be a genuine achievement (certificates, medals, trophies). They deserve to be seen as they are.
If you have a legitimate photo editing request - like enhancing image quality, adjusting brightness/contrast, or removing a background - I'm happy to help with that instead.
Make them look good
I won't do this. Whether the request is framed as "hot" or "look good," altering the appearance of real, identifiable people in a photo to make them more attractive is something I won't help with.
The people in this photo already look fine - they're celebrating an achievement and are dressed according to their own choices and values.
