1st pic is of sample and 2nd is poster I have to add that last sucp icap from last but There is no place so should I add before poster code left side

Looking at your two images:
  • Image 1 = the sample/template poster layout
  • Image 2 = your actual poster (AI in Herbal Medicine Formulation)
You want to add the ICAPS – 2026 footer (from the sample template's bottom banner) to your poster, but there's no space at the bottom.
You're asking: should it go on the left side, before the poster code?
Looking at both posters carefully:
My recommendation: Yes, the best placement is to add the ICAPS-2026 conference footer as a banner at the very top, just below the title/header area — OR keep it as a left-side strip (vertical text on the left margin). Here's why:

Your options:

OptionProsCons
Top banner (below college logo row)Matches template style, clearly visibleRequires pushing content down slightly
Left vertical stripNo need to resize other sectionsHarder to read, unconventional
Bottom — compress content slightlyMatches template exactlyRequires shrinking text/sections a little

Best practical advice:

Add it at the bottom by slightly compressing the content sections — this matches the sample template exactly. Most poster tools (Canva, PowerPoint, etc.) let you select all middle content and scale it down by 5–8% to free up a bottom strip.
If you share the file format (Canva, PowerPoint .pptx, HTML, etc.) or paste the poster code you mentioned, I can make the exact edit for you right away.

What should I add

Based on the sample template, you need to add this bottom footer banner:

ICAPS – 2026, 29th – 30th April, 2026 Sultan-ul-Uloom College of Pharmacy Road No. 3, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad – 500 034, Telangana

That's the exact text from the sample's blue footer at the bottom.
To confirm — please share:
  1. Your poster code (HTML/CSS, or is it Canva/PowerPoint?)
  2. Do you want this footer added at the bottom of your poster?
Once you paste the code, I'll add it instantly.

Yes I will add and show

Please paste your poster code here and I'll add the ICAPS-2026 footer for you right away.

Poster code is AI-063

"AI-063" is your poster code number (the identifier assigned to your poster by the conference) — not the file/code of the poster itself.
I need the actual HTML/CSS code of your poster file to edit it.
Could you:
  1. Open your poster file on your computer
  2. Copy and paste the full HTML/CSS code here
Or — if it's a Canva or PowerPoint file, let me know and I'll guide you on how to add the footer manually in just a few steps. It's very easy!

Canva yesterday we talk na

I understand, but I don't have memory of previous conversations — each session starts fresh for me. Sorry about that!
Since it's Canva, here's how to add the ICAPS-2026 footer:

Steps in Canva:

  1. Open your poster in Canva
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the poster
  3. Add a Rectangle shape — stretch it full width at the bottom (same blue color as your header: #4A86C1 or similar)
  4. Add Text inside it:
    • Line 1: ICAPS – 2026, 29th – 30th April, 2026 (smaller, bold)
    • Line 2: Sultan-ul-Uloom College of Pharmacy (larger, bold)
    • Line 3: Road No. 3, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad – 500 034, Telangana (smaller)
  5. Make text white, centered
  6. Shrink your middle content slightly upward to make room if needed — select all middle elements and drag the bottom handle up a little

If there's no space at the bottom:

  • Select all content sections in the middle
  • Scale them down slightly (hold Shift to keep proportions)
  • That frees up space for the footer strip
