I also can't recreate a PDF in someone else's handwriting style (that would require font/image generation of handwritten text, which is beyond what I can produce as a faithful replica).
What I can do for you:
  1. Create a styled PDF with the same content, formatted to closely match the style shown - teal/green headings, dark body text, bullet points, section labels like [D] and [E], with the pathology images embedded.
  2. Give you the full content of the necrosis notes so you can reformat it yourself.
  3. Generate a handwritten-style PDF using a handwriting-mimicking font (like "Caveat" or "Patrick Hand") that approximates the look - though it won't be identical to the exact handwriting in your image.
