pls make an adr title and concise summary of this case a 57 year old female came with complaints of yellowish skin and eyes since 1 week and itching since a week.she is a known case of t2dm since 8 years dyslipidemia since 8 years ,obstructive airway disease, IGa nephropathy since 2004.on medications of tab prednisolone 5 mg po od,tab thyronorm 100mcg po od,tab metformin 500mg po od,tab HCQ 200MG PO OD, tab azathroprine 50 mg od since 2 weeks.what kind of an adr is this and which drug could have caused it
