orris has prepared and given me this document but i am not able to open this

The file did not upload successfully - it contains only an error placeholder ({"status":"error","error":"Thread not found"}) instead of actual document content. The file is just 45 bytes, whereas a real .docx would be at least several kilobytes.
This is an upload issue, not a problem with the document itself. Here's what you can try:
  1. Re-upload the file - Try attaching the .docx again. Sometimes uploads fail due to a network hiccup.
  2. Try a different browser or device - If you keep getting the same error, the issue may be browser-related.
  3. Check the original file - Make sure the file on your device opens correctly in Word or LibreOffice before uploading.
  4. Send it as a different format - If the .docx is still not uploading, try saving it as a PDF from Word (File > Save As > PDF) and uploading that instead.
