I want an apartment near downtown or soma with month on month rent. 1bhk is fine. I am not able to find it. I have tried zellow but there are options for 12 month lease. I have tried Facebook groups but that is tricky as the response we get is very low. And there are many scam listings on that as well. Airbnb are negligible as its booked all over smaller pockets for few days of next month. We want to have flexibility and still have a good enough space (kitchen is required as its difficult to eat out every day )and with a $2-6k budget range we are okay if the quality is good and property is available quickly
