You have roughly ~16 weeks until the CA. With 3 topics/day × 7 days/week × 16 weeks = ~336 topic slots — more than enough to cover all topics above multiple times. Prioritise Medicine and Surgery (most content, highest exam weightage), then OBG, then Ortho and Paeds.
