Write in detail about everything from very very basic to very very advance about dialysis access. Femoral, IJ, SC, Permacath Temporary AVG AVF also connecting of Catheter for sessions and disconnection cannulation of AvF and AVG with practical pov. I've some specific questions to but insert it somewhere you deem fit and make everything in a stream line. Specefic question like there regular instances of blood leaking in av fistula during session some times more and sometimes less how to prevent it and also manage it. What about vein counter like needle infiltrate tissue either due to cannulators mistake or during session due to patient movement how to prevent it and if happens what it's management. Also don't only answer the specific questions rather everything related to dialysis access in as much detail as it can get and starting from as basics as it can get. Every aspect a technician should know.

This is great but first not streamlined second not as much detail as I would've hoped thirdly you've missed many practical things like for example there's some that use ns in the needle while some doesn't there's some inserting retrograde and antegrade some only antegrade. There's people putting tourniquet or tightly rolled gauze piece after removing the needle post session. DVT, and why do leg swells up. Basically everything that should be done theoretically and practically and everything thats been practiced but not quite right like applying micropore over needle after cannulation. Everything starting from Dialysis access as a new fresher first sem in mind to finishing like I'm doing pHD over HD Access. Also keeping in mind that I'm a technician from india
