This is the OT list for tomorrow of my Ortho unit. Brief me well on each of these conditions, mechanism of injury, staging, clinical management algorithm and the procedure itself. Do not forget about anatomy. So that I don't look like an idiot tomorrow

I can make out four cases, but the diagnoses and proposed procedures are too unclear to safely brief you on. I do not want to guess before an OT day.
Please send either:
  1. a straight, close, well-lit photo of just the handwritten diagnosis/procedure columns, or
  2. type the four diagnoses exactly as written.
What I can tentatively see is:
  1. 24/M: begins “C3 avulsion # … compression # …” but the rest is illegible.
  2. 32/M: “closed displaced … # …”
  3. 23/M: “closed displaced … radius fracture … at D? NVD”
  4. 40/F: “closed displaced (R) distal 1/3 radius fracture … NVID”
Once you send a clearer crop or transcription, I will give you an OT-ready briefing for each case: relevant anatomy and surgical landmarks, mechanism, classification/staging, imaging and neurovascular checks, management algorithm, stepwise operative procedure, implants, complications, and high-yield questions your consultant may ask.
