which one should i use?? for my knruhs exam answer presentation(mbbs 1st year professional exams)

Use the second one (Image 2).
Here's why, specifically for KNRUHS MBBS 1st year anatomy answers:
Image 2 is better because:
  1. More anatomically complete - It includes the Aorta as a posterior relation of the Body, which Image 1 misses. KNRUHS examiners expect this.
  2. Clearer regional labeling - Each section is explicitly labeled "HEAD (Posterior)", "NECK (Posterior)", "BODY (Posterior)" etc. This makes it easier for the examiner to follow your diagram, and shows you understand the regional breakdown.
  3. Better layout for exam copying - The anterior view shows the stomach more clearly with proper transparency, and the tail's anterior relation (Spleen) is better depicted.
  4. Professional presentation - The section headers are bolder and cleaner, which reads better in a handwritten answer sheet context (even as a reference for drawing).
Key relations to make sure you write alongside the diagram:
PartPosteriorAnterior
HeadIVC, Common Bile DuctTransverse colon, Jejunal coils, 1st & 3rd part duodenum
NeckPortal vein, SMV, SMAPylorus
BodyAorta, Left kidney, Splenic veinStomach, Splenic artery
TailLeft kidney, Hilum of spleen, Splenorenal ligamentSpleen (anterior), Stomach
Tip for KNRUHS: Always label your diagram with arrows, add a title, and write the relations as a short table after the diagram. Examiners award marks for both - don't rely on the diagram alone.
