Total Count 55 Mill/ml - Report mein normal range 60-150 diya hai, yeh thoda neeche hai. Lekin WHO 2010 standard ke hisaab se sperm concentration 45 million/mL hai jo normal hai. Total count aur concentration mein fark volume se aata hai.

Pus Cells 3-4/HPF - yeh mild infection ya inflammation suggest kar sakta hai (condition: leukocytospermia kehte hain isko). Agar consistently high rahe toh prostatitis ya seminal vesicle infection rule out karna chahiye.

Abnormal Forms 50% - iska matlab 50% sperm ka shape normal nahi hai. Strictly speaking, WHO 2010 kehta hai ≥4% normal forms enough hai, toh 50% normal forms hona achha hi hai - koi problem nahi.

Volume 1.5 mL - Bilkul borderline par hai. Agar symptoms hain (retrograde ejaculation waali feeling) toh check karna chahiye.
