Eldervit is a multivitamin injection (containing B-complex vitamins - B1, B6, B12, with or without other vitamins). It is given by the IV (intravenous) or IM (intramuscular) route. In dialysis patients, it can be given IV at the end of dialysis during blood return (stat/bolus into the venous line).
