Neubrol Forte — Dosage & Frequency in Adults
Neubrol Forte (also spelled Nuberol Forte) is a combination tablet manufactured by Searle Pakistan, containing:
- Paracetamol BP 650 mg (analgesic/antipyretic)
- Orphenadrine citrate BP 50 mg (skeletal muscle relaxant)
Dosage

Indications
- Tension headache / occipital headache with neck/head muscle spasm
- Acute and traumatic musculoskeletal conditions: sprains, strains, whiplash injuries, acute torticollis, prolapsed intervertebral disc
- Rheumatoid arthritis (adjunct for muscle stiffness/pain)
Key Contraindications
- Glaucoma
- Prostatic hypertrophy / bladder neck obstruction
- Myasthenia gravis
- Esophageal spasm, pyloric or duodenal obstruction
- Hypersensitivity to paracetamol or orphenadrine
Important Precautions
- Do not exceed the prescribed dose — paracetamol overdose can cause serious hepatotoxicity
- Avoid in significant liver impairment
- Use with caution if taking other paracetamol-containing products (risk of cumulative toxicity)
- Prescription-only medication
