Oseltamivir pediatric dose for influenza
Treatment: 5 days, orally, twice daily

Post-exposure prophylaxis: 7 days, orally, once daily

Start treatment as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of symptom onset. Longer treatment may be used for severe or hospitalized influenza under specialist guidance. Adjust the dose in renal impairment. Nausea and vomiting are common, and taking it with food can help.
These doses align with the current CDC antiviral guidance.
