Iron Deficiency Anemia: * Monitor fatigue, pallor, Hb/CBC, reticulocyte count, ferritin, serum iron, TIBC, and transferrin saturation. * Follow-up: CBC after 2–4 weeks and iron studies after 2–3 months. 2. Peptic Ulcer / H. pylori Infection: * Monitor epigastric pain, nausea, appetite, signs of GI bleeding, and response to eradication therapy. * Follow-up: Confirm H. pylori eradication ≥4 weeks after treatment. 3. Poorly Controlled Diabetes: * Monitor fasting blood glucose, postprandial glucose, HbA1c, renal function, and medication adherence. * Follow-up: HbA1c every 3 months and adjust therapy if targets are not achieved. 4.
