This ECG appears normal overall from the photo:
  • Normal sinus rhythm, rate about 68 bpm
  • Normal PR interval (about 156 ms), narrow QRS (about 86 ms), and normal QTc (about 401 ms)
  • Normal electrical axis
  • No clear atrial/ventricular enlargement, conduction block, significant ST-segment elevation/depression, or concerning T-wave inversion visible
  • The printed automated interpretation also reads: “Normal sinus rhythm / Normal ECG”
