Interpret

From the ECG image (photo quality limits precision), this looks like:
  • Sinus tachycardia (rate about 120 bpm; machine print shows ~122 bpm)
  • Narrow QRS rhythm (no obvious bundle branch block)
  • Diffuse ST-segment depression/T-wave abnormalities, most visible in precordial leads (V2–V6) and some limb leads
  • No clear ST-elevation pattern suggesting STEMI on this tracing
Most likely interpretation: sinus tachycardia with nonspecific to ischemic ST-T changes (possible subendocardial ischemia/demand ischemia), but this cannot be confirmed from a single photographed ECG alone.
Important caveat:
  • I cannot safely diagnose from an image only.
  • Need clinical context (chest pain, dyspnea, fever, anemia, dehydration, sepsis, etc.), prior ECG comparison, troponins, electrolytes, and repeat ECG.
If this ECG is from someone with ongoing chest pain, breathlessness, sweating, syncope, or hypotension, treat as urgent/emergency and seek immediate medical care.
