๐Ÿ’Š Yeh dawa kya kaam aati hai?

Yeh do dawaiyon ka combination hai:

1. Aceclofenac (100mg) โ€” NSAID (dard aur sujan ki dawa)

  • Joint dard (arthritis, gathiya)
  • Peeth dard (back pain)
  • Muscular dard
  • Dant dard
  • Sujan (inflammation) kam karna

2. Paracetamol (325mg) โ€” Analgesic + Antipyretic

  • Bukhar utaarna
  • Halka se madham dard kam karna

Kya karein: Din mein 8-10 glass paani zaroor piyen.

2. ๐Ÿฉธ Khoon ki kami (Anemia)

Agar khana thoda kha rahe hain ya iron kam ho toh khoon mein haemoglobin kam hota hai โ†’ dimag ko oxygen kam milti hai โ†’ chakkar, kamzori, thakan.
Kya karein: Khana sahi khayein โ€” dal, sabzi, anda, green leafy vegetables.

3. ๐Ÿ“‰ BP ka achaanak girna (Orthostatic Hypotension)

Kaafi der baitha/leta rahen, phir achanak uthein โ†’ BP ek dam se girti hai โ†’ chakkar aata hai. Yeh ghar mein baithe rehne walon mein bahut common hai.
Kya karein: Dheere se uthein, pehle bedside pe baith jayen, phir khade hon.

4. ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ Khali pet / Blood sugar girna

Agar sahi waqt pe khana nahi kha rahe, ya neend zyada aa rahi hai, kuch kha nahi rahe โ†’ blood sugar (glucose) gir sakta hai โ†’ chakkar, haath kaanpna.

5. ๐Ÿ›‹๏ธ Kaafi dino se ghar mein band rehna (Deconditioning)

Body ko movement chahiye. Bilkul nahi chaloge to blood circulation slow ho jaata hai, muscles weak hoti hain, aur minor activity pe bhi chakkar aa sakta hai.

6. ๐Ÿ‘‚ Kaan ka masla (Inner ear / BPPV)

Kabhi kabhi kaan ke andar chhoti si problem hoti hai (Benign Positional Vertigo) โ€” isme sirf position badalne se (lait ke uthna, ghumna) chakkar aata hai. Yeh ghar mein rehne se bhi ho sakta hai.
