Lekin - ZAROOR DOCTOR KO DIKHANA CHAHIYE kyunki:
- Hands ki ungliyon ke beech (web spaces), kamar, aankhon ke aas paas bhi check hona chahiye
- Skin scraping microscopy se definitive diagnosis hoti hai
π Agar Doctor Scabies Confirm Kare - Treatment:
- Permethrin 5% cream - gale se neeche poore jism par lagaen, raat bhar rakhen, subah dholen (2 hafte baad dobara)
- Ghar ke tamam log bhi saath mein treat hon
- Kapde aur bistar garam paani mein dhoen
- Antihistamine (jaise Cetirizine) kharish ke liye

In dono nai photos ne diagnosis confirm kar di hai. Yeh sirf ordinary scabies nahi - yeh Crusted Scabies (Norwegian Scabies) ke signs hain.
πΈ Photo 1 - Knee/Elbow Area (Chhali/Scaling wali jagah):
Jo pehli photo mein dikh raha hai - moti, safed, khuski jesi crust aur hyperkeratotic (mothi chamdi) ki paraten - yeh Crusted Scabies ki classic nishaani hai.
"Crusted scabies presents with thick, hyperkeratotic, grayish-white plaques with characteristic granular, sand-like scales. Pressure-bearing areas are the sites of predilection for the heavy keratotic lesions"

Baazu par scattered papules aur excoriated (khujli se khurchaye) daane - yeh classic scabies ki involvement hai. Arm/wrist area scabies ka ek classic site hai.

Crusted Scabies mein:
- Ek patient ki skin mein hazaron se lakhs mites hote hain (ordinary scabies mein sirf 10-20)
- Bahut contagious hai - ghar ke baaki log bhi bohot jaldi infected ho sakte hain
- Normal single treatment se theek nahi hoti - combined therapy chahiye
- Aksar immune system mein masla hone ki taraf ishara karta hai (HIV, diabetes, ya koi aur condition)
