I cannot confirm a fracture from photographs of these X-ray films. I do not see an obvious displaced fracture of the visible ribs, clavicles, or spine, but the image quality, glare, and single photographed views mean that small or nondisplaced fractures can be missed.

Please have the original X-rays reviewed by a radiologist or the treating clinician. Rib fractures in particular may not be visible on an initial plain chest X-ray, and the more important check after chest trauma is for complications such as pneumothorax. The ACR rib-fracture guidance supports clinical assessment and appropriate imaging based on injury severity.

Seek urgent care now if there is trouble breathing, increasing chest pain, bluish lips, fainting, coughing blood, severe back pain, weakness/numbness, or significant injury mechanism.
