apple and milk together safe nutrition digestion

Yes. For most people, eating an apple and drinking milk together is safe. There is no proven harmful food combination.
A few exceptions:
  • Lactose intolerance or milk allergy: milk may cause bloating, cramps, diarrhea, rash, or breathing symptoms.
  • Sensitive stomach/IBS: apple can cause gas or bloating in some people, and milk may worsen symptoms if lactose-sensitive.
  • Babies under 12 months: do not use cow's milk as their main drink. Use breast milk or infant formula instead.
Choose pasteurized milk and wash the apple well.
