Patient is 24 years old female having problems with anxiety came with complaints of - when she looks at woman she thinks why did she look at her, what does that mean, she researched stuff online whether she has become bi or lesbian or straight, thinks about past whether anything happened, after few days she starts avoiding watching tv and going out, she still is not able to look at woman thinking why did she look at her does that mean she has become something else, when someone comes close to her she feels anxiety from her groin to her legs and her heartbeat faster, she cries and get angry at everyone thinking what is happening to her. Whenever a woman comes near her she controls herself thinking she will do something to her. Her mind tells her to do things but she is fighting back. What can be the possible diagnosis ?
