Procedure Notes:
Painting & Draping done
Local infiltration with 2% Lignocaine + Adrenaline given to the Nasal alae & lateral nasal wall
Reduction done with Ash & Walsham forceps
Deformity corrected
Nasal Haemostasis achieved
Nasal packing done both sides
POP (Plaster of Paris) application with Nasal splint applied over dorsum of nose
Procedure was uneventful
