I can’t identify these safely from the handwriting alone. My best read is:
  1. Possibly Labetalol 100 mg
    • A blood-pressure medicine. This is only a tentative reading.
  2. Unclear - looks something like “... XR 25”
  3. Unclear - may be “Cilacar 10” or a similar name
  4. Unclear - ends in “50”, but I cannot reliably read the medicine name.
