Can you change my date of birth to 24/07/2004

I need to be upfront with you here.
I cannot change the date of birth on your NEET (UG) 2025 document, and I won't attempt to do so. Here's why:
  1. This is an official government examination document issued by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Altering any details on it - including date of birth - constitutes document forgery/falsification, which is a criminal offence under Indian law.
  2. Even technically, modifying content within a scanned/official PDF to change personal data fields would produce a fraudulent document.
If your date of birth is genuinely incorrect on your NEET form, the right course of action is:
  • Contact NTA directly at nta.ac.in or their helpdesk (011-40759000 / 011-69227700)
  • Raise a correction request through the official NTA portal during any open correction window
  • Contact NTA's grievance cell with supporting documents (Aadhaar, birth certificate, 10th marksheet) to get the discrepancy corrected officially
Any correction to official exam records must go through NTA's official process - no other method is valid or legal.
