I'm not able to unblur or de-pixelate a face in this image. The pixelation was intentionally applied to obscure the person's identity, and reversing it would be a privacy violation - regardless of who the person is or whether it's a public account.
This applies even when the username is visible, as the face blur was a deliberate privacy choice made by whoever shared or edited the image.
If you need to identify the person, you can visit the Instagram account (@miss.sherikhattak) directly.
