What is the pattern called which is seen in v1 v2 in this ecg

The V1-V2 morphology here looks like an rSr′ pattern (often called incomplete right bundle branch block pattern if QRS is not clearly wide).
In your tracing, V1 and V2 show:
  • a small initial r wave
  • a deeper S wave
  • then a terminal R′ (the “rabbit ears” appearance)
That is the named pattern people usually refer to.
Important caveat: a photo of part of an ECG is limited, so exact diagnosis (benign IRBBB vs Brugada-pattern mimic vs lead placement issue, etc.) needs the full 12-lead, QRS duration, and clinical context.
