Make a full very detailed MRI LS pain report for a patient complaining of lower limb radicular pain. There is evidence of diffuse disc bulge in L4-L5 level causing indentation of the and narrowing the spinal canal with compression on the cauda equina roots and, uh, traversing the roots. Exceeding the roots are not significantly compressed.
