From these photographed foot X-rays, I do not see an obvious displaced fracture or dislocation. Overall bone alignment looks maintained.
Possible minor findings:
- Mild irregularity/degenerative change around some midfoot joints may be present.
- I cannot reliably exclude a small, nondisplaced fracture, stress fracture, or subtle joint injury from photos of X-ray films. A formal radiology review of the original digital images is needed, especially if there was recent trauma or focal pain.
Seek prompt in-person assessment if you cannot bear weight, have marked swelling/bruising, numbness, worsening pain, or tenderness over the base of the fifth metatarsal or midfoot. Standard AP, oblique, and lateral foot views are used because a single view can miss subtle injuries, as described in Rockwood and Green's Fractures in Adults (plain radiographic views section).
