My sister a week ago got some allergic skin reaction to mutton, lesions are raised erythematous round associated with intense itch on her extremities, she took cetrizine 10MG that night and the lesion disappeared until next day evening where she devp those lesions again so we took her for a consult where she was given Avil 1cc + Dexa 1cc IM single dose and was prescribed with methyl prednisone 5mg twice daily, fexofenadine 120mg once daily for 5 days. The injection provided significant improvement. Later that night she consumed a chicken wrap and the next morning she dvp lesions again but this time very severe all over her body and went for a consult had an steroid shot but didn’t help, we inc the steroid dose still only temporary relief. Now we stared IV hydrocortisone (2 rounds now) but still haven’t resolved completely, but better. Now for the past 2 days she’s had been having hand and leg pain non tolerable - what do you think ! What should we do now?
