A 26 yr old female came to OPD with severe cough with expectorant since 5 days .No history of fever or head ache .She was put on Amoxyclav 625 and Grlinctus LS syrup from yesterday.From today she is complaining of Generalised weakness and shivering of body .What's the further management in this case ?
