Standard Weight-Based Dose

Weight-Based Dosing Details

Important Notes

- Renal impairment: Levocetirizine is contraindicated in children under 12 years with any degree of renal impairment (the drug is renally cleared)
- Hemodialysis: Contraindicated
- No hepatic dose adjustment needed
